Serpil Senelmis

Serpil has worked within media for over 20 years and brings passion, commitment, experience and an effervescent personality. In this time she has presented live TV and radio from local and international locations,  produced several high rating programs and written for numerous media outlets. She’s worked closely with media legends Derryn Hinch, Jon Faine, Waleed Aly, Nazeem Hussein and John Safran.

In 2015, Serpil worked in the field under extreme circumstances while covering the centenary commemorations of the Gallipoli landings in Turkey. She secured an exclusive interview with then Prime Minister Tony Abbott for ABC Radio’s national broadcast. She also reported live on television for ABC News 24’s The World program. In 2016, Serpil presented the Afternoons program and The Sunday Sesh on ABC Local Radio to a national audience. She is a regular co-host on The Conversation Hour on ABC Radio Melbourne.

Serpil has also worked in communications roles across government, education institutes and the corporate sector.
